Retagging resources for BWS accessibility

Example: Expository Dictionary of Bible Words is tagged as an encyclopedia and thus, will not show up in the BWS. Interestingly, Vine's is tagged as a Lexicon, but it is laid out in the same manner as the other one. This is true of other resources as well, like the New International Encyclopedia of Bible Words. One is a monograph, and one is an encyclopedia. The one that is more robust should be classified as a Lexicon so it is accessible via the BWS tool.
