Spelling and typographical differences are included in the percentage difference figures. And yes, there are occasions when that is what the user wants. However, much of the time I would like to be able to suppress such differences. Whether it is done with a Logos synonym list or a user ignore difference list is not of major concern to me although I'd have a slight preference for the latter.
