Keyboard Shortcut Ctrl-M in Notes

Is there any possibility to bring back the Ctrl-M keyboard shortcut for the Rich Text editor in Notes (to increase indent) and the Ctrl-Shft-M to decrease indents. It used to work in Logos 7, but not in 8 or 9
