Sharing Layout for Open Resources between Mobile and Desktop

I realize not all features work on the mobile or tablet platforms. However, it would be very helpful to save a reading list on the desktop (a list of open resources) that could be loaded on a tablet or mobile device. Anything that would help me to optionally synchronize what books I have open between devices.
