Is there any way to stop the annoying chat popups that just started? I know it has become popular in online marketing, but I find it intrusive and I’ve occasionally just clicked off the page. I own most of the books I want already, so I’m not browsing as much (I’m such your metrics show that). Today I was thinking seriously about the BECNT offer, but I don’t have to have it, so I’m not looking further. Lost sale. I can agree it’s good that we customers know that chat is available- I know I don’t think of it. But to take up a literal third of my screen, covering up important information can’t help sell anything. Please add an option to turn it off, downsize it, and make it less intrusive.
