Limit slide occurrence in Pre-Service Loop

Set the occurrence of a particular slide or video in the pre and post service loop. For example we want to add an announcement video to the pre-service loop but dont want the video to play every time the loop runs. The ability to set the video to play every 3rd time through the loop and skip it the other times would be great.
