Convert all devotionals to calendar devotionals

It would be great to have the functionality afforded to calendar devotional resources (being able to apply it to the daily devotional on the home screen, for example) applied to all devotionals. That is to take the devotionals that aren't "smart" devotionals (labelled "calendar devotionals") and afford them that same functionality so that any devotional can be utilized in the same way (daily devotionals, etc).
