Change version specific anchors in Notes

Notes with version specific anchors do, by definition, not show up in other Bible versions.
Can you introduce a feature to convert all version specific anchors in Notes to general anchors, please?

I'd prefer the default be the general anchor instead of the specific version. I want access to that note, regardless of which version I happen to be studying from at the time.
