improve headings for multi book display

When MBD is used to display multiple commentaries, the headings are not helpful for understanding what each column means (John's Gospel, John, Gospel of John, etc.). It would be easier if the headings of the multiple columns could be configured (without having to change each resource's metadata) - e.g. series abbreviation, author, full title, etc.
