[BUG] Proclaim drops frames in camera feed

This seems to have gotten worse in the past couple of updates. So, video is imported via usb from our Black Magic Video switcher into Windows 11. The App shows the video is coming through just fine, but when it goes through Proclaim, it will start dropping frames. We are talking from 60FPS down to 1fps.
In the past, this has always happened after a video was shown in Proclaim, but after the past couple of weeks of updates, and with us removing videos completely from service, it still happens on ocassion. About 2/3 of the time, this is fixed by closing out of Proclaim and relaunching. The other 1/3 of the time requires a computer restart. This past week, it happened every time we launched Proclaim and pulled up the first slide, and this was only solved by uninstalling and reinstalling Proclaim. Had to do this twice during service. Once again, it only seems to be Proclaim that has this issue, I can open up the mixer software and it shows the video coming into the PC just fine.CPU-Z and GPU-Z shows the issue is not with the CPU or the GPU being overtaxed, so its clearly an issue with Proclaim. Please look into this.
