Select what is included in Song Credits

It would be really great if you could select what is included in "credits." Right now, checking "Show credits..." on a Song just includes everything entered (attribution, copyright, CCLI, etc.), including the song title. This can result in redundancy if, say, you want to show the Song Title and Attribution separately. So, it would be great to be able to select what is included as "credits," or at least remove the song title from the credits.

For instance:

What I have selected:
"Show title on title slide"
"Show credits on title slide."

What I want:
[large]Amazing Grace[/large]
[small]John Newton[/small]

What I get:
[large]Amazing Grace[/large]
[small]"Amazing Grace" John Newton[/small]
