Improve and document Logos URLs

Logos has a rich set of URLs for Bible references and other data types, Searches, Guides, etc. These enable third-parties to build value and engagement around the Logos ecosystem by linking to it from documents and other interfaces.
But the URLs can only be reverse-engineered by trial-and-error: there's no documentation. And not all panels expose all their parameters in their URLs (for example, BWS restricted to a single verse doesn't capture the reference, and some interactives don't capture the data they're showing).
Proposal:
- Document what exists now
- Add more parameters to URL generation to make them more complete
