Resource View: Make changing resources easier

Accordance is way better when it comes to being able to prioritize resources on mobile. It is also more efficient to switch resources by tapping the name of the resource which automatically shows the libraries resources by that type (lexicons, dictionaries). Logos requires the user to access the menu, tap change resource, then go through the rigmarole to find a different lexicon, etc.
