View Settings: Make settings adjustable per resource

I would like to be able to have the same resource (e.g. ESV) open in multiple tabs with different views (bible text only, chapters and verses) at different locations rather than it setting all views to the same.

    I'd like scroll view to be selectable for each resource rather than to all tabs. For books I read cover-up-cover I generally prefer to have it off, but for Bibles and other books I use as references I generally have scroll view on.
