Bring back RTL/LTR editor control

Back in Logos 7 you used to have RTL/LTR editor control in the Notes, but ever since you've changed to the new notes system you removed this feature and made the notes unusable for those of us who write in Hebrew (and I guess for all RTL languages). I suppose that you don't have a lot of users who write in RTL languages and I don't know if it will require a lot of work to add more support, but PLEASE be considerate and add a RTL support in the notes so we could take advantage of this great feature as well.
