A very disappointed member

Hi - I joined to use the Bible Agent material with our holiday club over the next 2 sunday's. I expected to be able to use your website the same way as we currently use You tube. By playing on the computer while online and then transporting the computer into our church (which can't have internet as it is an old Victorian building with very thick ways). Unfortunately, we cannot do this with your site, because as soon as you go off the internet anything/everything is lost. We have spent hours preparing for sunday and now (with a full work commitment tomorrow and Saturday) I have to re-prepare the material for Sunday morning. I have spoken to your support services who directed me to software to download you tube videos - but these are not you tube videos. I would be prepared to pay a small fee to use these videos but I cannot justify membership, since what you offered me I cannot use.
Please consider other ways for small rural churches who cannot install the internet to use these wonderful resources.
