Distinguish Biblical events - narrated or referenced

In the context menu, there is no distinction between a Biblical event being narrated vs. a Biblical event being referenced. This leads to some misleading data especially with regards to the life of Paul. Please distinguish them in the context menu as is done elsewhere.
