Resource View: Improve the gesture to switch resources on Android tablets

When using page turning on a tablet, the gesture to switch to the next/previous open resource is a two finger slide, as a one finger slide turns the page in the open resource. The two finger slide must be performed across the entire width of the screen. A simpler gesture could be used for such a regularly performed command.
