Apart from the integration of the ECM (Editio Critica Maior) as requested here:

Which by the way should be essential for a professional bible study tool.
It would be very useful to also have the basic tool of the Institut für Neutestamentliche Textforschung the CGBM - Coherence-Based Genealogical Method (Kohärenz basierte genealogische Methode) or to be precise the Online-Tool "Genealogical Queries version 2.0" to discover the coherence between different manuscripts integrated into the Logos Bible Software:

I understand this is more interesting for scholars but since the high interest in the topic of the Textus Receptus and KJV there should be more material available in Logos to study the foundation of the modern critical text as well as the editio critica maior.
