Allow different notebooks for highlightingfor each resource

I'd like the ability to specify which notebook highlights should be stored in for specific resources. For most resources, having a default notebook is fine, but for some resources I'd like to use a different one. For example, I'm currently reading a systematic theology, and I want highlights from that book to go into my Systematic Theology notebook. Highlights from other resources should either go to the default notebook, or the one defined in a custom highlighting pallet.
