title view in media browser

for video uploads, it does not show the name/title of the video unless I click on the video. That makes it difficult to quickly browse and find the video I need when the thumbnail image is unhelpful (videos that fade in from black, for example, just show a black thumbnail). a title view option would be an easier way to find what I need.

    Yes, it would be nice to be able to set the thumbnail OR to view the files in a list view.
