Stop & Upload Podcast while on air

With slides running till the end of a service and being a portable church, often the podcast doesn't getting completed and synced before shutting down the computer. If would be helpful if while still on air, you can stop the podcast recording and start the upload tagging and syncing while the post-slides are on air still.
