Make formatting bar always viewable in sermon builder

I take notes using sermon builder during church. The formatting bar scrolls out of view when the keyboard appears after the view window starts to fill. There is also a problem when you select near the bottom of the window. When you do, the keypad appears, then you can no longer see where you’re selected. Sometimes I want to copy/paste, but I can’t see the copy paste options because the keyboard covers the view.
