Anchors: Show them like on desktop

When you try to add an anchor or highlight some text in the mobile app, the notes panel records only the reference and not the content.
See the screenshots attached. The only the reference Jeremiah 5:24-25 is the highlight made from mobile.
Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Most of the time they don't. It should look consistent or at least configurable as in Desktop

Though I haven't found a solution for every instance, it seems that sometimes if you download the resource to your phone from the library page, you will see the text.
