BUG: Attempting to move tool bar in Notes temporarily freezes L4

A couple of times I've tried to move (left-click-hold move) that toolbar in the notefile out of the way. When I do that, L4 temporarily freezes, turns black and then returns the focus, after a few utterly terrifying seconds, with a message that the program has stopped responding.

Note: I can't always grab the toolbar like this.

Trying to drag the formatting toolbar just moves the note for me. The toolbar issue has been reported previously.

After my near crash, that's what it does for me now too. Hmm. Can this software think and solve it's own problems? [;)]
