A couple of times I've tried to move (left-click-hold move) that toolbar in the notefile out of the way. When I do that, L4 temporarily freezes, turns black and then returns the focus, after a few utterly terrifying seconds, with a message that the program has stopped responding.
Note: I can't always grab the toolbar like this.
