One-way link sets

It would be great to be able to link two resources together (say, the NASB and the MacArthur Study Bible notes) and be able to have only one resource follow the other. In the above example, this might mean that the study bible notes follow the NASB, but the NASB does not move when you scroll through the study bible. This would be particularly helpful in this case, because many times the study notes get "stuck" on a note that references an entire section of scripture and they don't move beyond that material to the entries that are verse-specific as you read the NASB.
