Display Time in File => Open / Duplicate

In the Open and Duplicate dialogue boxes, below the name of the service, it always displays the date and the address of the service. It would be extremely helpful if it also displayed the start time of the service.
Right now, to correct for this missing information, we're naming services by time, but honestly, not only would this information be helpful, it would help us detect errors in service setup.
The same for Open Recent and Duplicate Recent - without the times after the dates, we have to name the services with times to make it easy and clear to our AV volunteers which service is which.
