Clunky Software

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the package and software. It is so bloated and inefficient runs at a slow snails pace on two different PC's. Wordsearch was a MUCH better working piece of software. This Logos software crashes frequently, bogs down, just plain fails to respond and is extremely frustrating. I am so disappointed that Logos has consumed WordSearch but I guess it is just business as usual. I have invested a fair amount of money in your product to feel totally cheated, the cost for performance is just not there.

    Can you provide more detail so they can look into this?
    Like computer specs?
    What are you doing when it crashes and bogs down?
