Welcome screen on first time launch of Proclaim app

First time users of Proclaim, when they first launch the Proclaim app, may be disoriented because they just see a blank screen.
I would like to suggest that they be presented with a welcome screen and be guided to either load an existing presentation or create a new presentation. The welcome screen could also have buttons to guide them to view the video training or online documentation.
