Jumping windows

I am using Logos 9. When I have 1 window open and another floating window also open. At the time when I am reading the floating window, it frequently jumps back to the non-floating window and thus my reading is interrupted. Anyone could help to stop this jumping? Thanks.

I don't know if it is something or not, but it seems Logos 9 has a habit of when I click on a floating window, it jumps back to the main desktop. Anyone having this problem?
