Document library fields

Please document the library fields as you would if it were an interactive. Especially, give clear definitions for all library types and editions as these often cause confusion and/or are need for creating collection rules. Obviously, it would be nice if the movement of resources out of the catch-all monographs were completed before the documentation and before L10.
