Notes: Ability to link certain sections in our notes

I think it would be a great idea to be able to link certain sections in our notes to other sections within the note or a new note. This would facilitate finding specific content in any note and also being able to read related notes in other notes. It would function like an index and could directly take you to a specific section in a note.
