Filter reviews to hide ratings with no text

Can you please provide a simple way to hide reviews of resources that have no context. A basic star rating is not helpful. I only want to see what people have to say, and when I have to go through 3 pages of unhelpful reviews just to find one that might have some context with it, It is a bit annoying.
