Favorites for resource toolbars

Please allow favorite resource tools to be pinned to resource toolbars (not sure what these are called). For instance, when I want to apply a visual filter to a Bible, I have ti scroll down through a very long list that takes a lot of hunting to find the right one(s). Please allow me to right click on an entry and pin it to the toolbar or drag it to the marked area of the included image. This would make using common filters and similar tools far more efficient. This would be a great use for some currently unutilized space.
