Allow phone support to enter feedback to your feedback board from the caller. I have SO MANY requests and suggestions that it would be much faster to just tell the support person what needs to be fixed or improved... It would take way too much time to try to explain everything in writing all the issues I have/improvements needed with Logos Software. By phone would be MUCH faster and the support person would know how to convey the problems and issues in writing much better and more quickly.
