Notes: Repeated Note Icons (iOS and Desktop only)

In iOS and Desktop only, in some Bibles (like Scrivener 1881) only, book-level note icons are repeated on every verse, thus obscuring the actually relevant notes.

As I noted in that forum post, the new selection menu makes it easier to see book-level notes without needing to see the icon. Therefore, I think it makes sense to not display the note icon every single verse. Android is an example of how it should be implemented!
