Keep cursor in focus in Notes

Currently, the cursor in the Notes tool does not maintain focus. If you write "off the page", you no longer can see what you are writing. I think it is normal for the cursor to remain in focus, so the app would automatically scroll if necessary to the active position to always keep the cursor in focus.

    This has been fixed in the latest iOS update: 28.0.0 (24).
