Allow updating the metadata of a Personal Book without having to rebuild the whole thing

I added a Description to a PB after realizing who had created the original file and wanting to document that. After editing that field, I clicked on another PB and then came back to the one I'd edited and saw that my edit was lost. There was no button to "Save" my changes, and I'd mistakenly thought they would get saved automatically.
Turns out you have to click "Build" for any metadata changes to be committed. But if I didn't change the body files at all, the whole thing shouldn't need to have to be rebuilt.
