Remove bad milestone from LLS:COMMLAPIDE02

LLS:COMMLAPIDE02 has a milestone for "Matthew" immediately before its milestone for "Matthew 10". Consequently, PGs run on portions of Matthew before Matthew 10 pull up this useless "Matthew" milestone... rather than the correct passage in LLS:COMMLAPIDE01. Please remove the counterproductive "Matthew" milestone from LLS:COMMLAPIDE02.
