Resource View: Option to turn off footnotes

Would be great to add the ability to turn off the footnote links within the Biblical text. Personally, I find myself stumbling through reading the scriptures with all of the characters and letters for the footnotes. I like that the footnote information is available, but would be great to be able to toggle them off, like some other apps can.
