Collections Tool: Make the border line between "Plus/Minus these resources" and Resulting Collection

Several times I've wanted to take a screenshot of a collection to show people how to recreate it. I'm stymied by the fact that the +/- these resources section at the top is so short (only shows 6 lines) and is not resizable.

Please make that border between top and bottom in the Collections tool draggable
