link notes and styles

When creating notes, we are asked for a notebook name and style. The default style right now is the last style used. So I have discovered that some of my notebooks have different styles, because I missed changing the default style. I create a lot of notes. I am suggesting that the style be linked to the notebook, so when I choose a notebook, the style automatically reverts to that book.
Now there is a 3 step process in creating a note. Name the notebook, choose an icon, choose a color. My suggestion is that choosing the notebook sets the icon and color.
