TOC: Replace the "Chapter" in the Book Browser with the actual name (perhaps the abbr.)

Hello
If I open a Bible and go to the Browser I see hundreds of "Chapter". Chapter 2, Chapter 3, Chapter ... This is not very helpful. I would love if it would be written Ex 2, Ex3 ..., Num 4, Num 5. This would give a much better orientation where we are in the book. Also in other books than Bibles. For example church fathers if more than on is in the module then write Origen 2, Origen 3 etc. if after comes another one.
And don't hesitate this to change. This doesn't alter the text you got from the publisher.
