Implement Advanced Resource Prioritization Limits on Mobile

I redid my resource prioritization to use advanced limits so that as I'm preaching through a book of the Bible, I can have my set order for each book. I was disappointed to find they don't show up in Mobile. Seems this has been a known issue for over a decade. Please consider fixing this!

Please consider, as a workaround, that you default to including resources with advanced prioritization limits set, rather than default to ignoring them.
It does less harm to include a resource on a passage list than to not include it at all.
