New Feature: Mobile Ed Courses' Readings Start/Stop Indicators

When working through a Mobile Ed course in the desktop app, after clicking on a "Suggested Reading" or "See Also," you get the note indicator in the opened resource, but you also get the green circle with the title of the course, as well as a red dot at the end of the reading and "Stop reading." This needs to be available in the mobile apps, as it makes it hard to figure out how far one is supposed to read for each selection.

Move "add to Dictionary" lower on the choice list
