Themes: Improved Readability "Contrast Theme" Suggestion

I struggle with both the light and the dark themes because of the lack of visual contrast between the windows. Everything is virtually the same tone/color so all the information runs together and is difficult to digest visually, especially when you have popup windows on top of the main windows. A solution would be a blend between the light and dark themes (which is common in many other software programs I use) that provides much needed contrast around the main windows, while leaving the main windows light for much easier reading. I'd love for this "Contrast Theme" to be added to the theme options as it is much easier on the eyes and more visually appealing. Please see attached example.
