Please allow standard panel expansion

please add default windows or Mac options to individual panels to close, or expand options from panel mode to full screen. If clicked again, the content can go back to the last panel layout.
Sometimes it would just be nice to view things in full screen without making it a floating window.

make the expand buttons so they fit within the panel, but it would be really great to have a quick way to make something full-screen if you want to focus on a particular aspect. then it can be clicked again to go back to the panel layout.0
