I have found a little quirk in sending content slides to our confidence monitor. The choir likes us to send them full screen. On some slides, they won't project full screen on the confidence monitor. I then go back to edit the slide, add in a text box anywhere on the slide, delete the words TEXT so that it is a clear box and then the slide will show on the confidence monitor as it shows on the main output. I can then choose full slide from the confidence menu and all is well. I don't understand why this works like this, but the work around has saved me several times.
