Change the right scrollbar

One frustrating feature in Logos for me is the right scrollbar because it has all those lines that I guess one is supposed to use to make a huge jump in the book. I never use this feature. I use the scrollbar to move one or two pages away from where I'm working. If I want to make a huge jump, I use the location box and type it in.

    Turn off "Show Auto and Favorite Bookmarks" and/or "Show Search Bookmarks" in Program Settings.
